Ithe holy month of Ramadan, people of Muslim society fast for 30 days.  During this month, those keeping the fast are advised to pay special attention to food and drink in this month.  Nothing is eaten or drunk during the day of fasting.  Rosa is served in the time between Iftar and Sahri.  From Iftar to Sehri it is recommended to drink as much water as possible.  Doctors say that you can also become ill by not getting enough sleep during the fast.  At the time of Roja, the doctor advises to pay special attention to things of food.  During this time one should avoid eating unnecessary things.


 During rosary, leafy vegetables and salads should be eaten so that fiber remains in the body and indigestion problem is not revealed.  Also, avoid eating fried food at Iftar.  If indigestion occurs during Ramadan, fiber-rich foods should be eaten to digest food.

 Drink lots of fluids such as water, fresh juice or milk.  This will prevent dehydration and provide the necessary fluids to your body.  Water is your best source of hydration.  Drink 1-2 glasses of water before your meal Drink water before your meal to avoid delaying the digestive process.  Beware of beverages in Ramadan as they contain a lot of sugar and calories.


 Dates should be eaten during Iftar in Roja.  Dates are beneficial for health.  Date contains iron, which gives energy to the body.  Fried food is harmful to the body during Iftar.  Eating fried food in Iftar should be avoided.
